If so, then you will love this ab workout using an exercise ball. You can do it at home if you have a ball or at the gym. Since we filmed it in real time, you can do it along side with me. Exercise Ball Abs Workout Video

I like when my core shakes from working so hard but I hate when it jiggles while I run!
Love core work with the ball – thanks for showing these moves!!

I really liked this video! I have an exercise ball at home plus some hand weights. Perhaps you could do a video that combines arms and abs with the exercise ball and weights. I definitely need more ideas for strength training the arms. Thanks again Sarah!
