Today marks the first day of December which also happens to be the first day of my 12 Days of Fitness Giveaway. Since the holidays are the season for giving, I decided to pair up with some of my favorite brands to bring you the products I love. From a new pair of sneakers to a lifetime membership to the Tone It Up community, there is something for everyone.
Since I enjoy my weekends away from the computer, I will only be giving away items Monday through Friday. The fun will end on the 16th of December. Products are going to change daily as will the method of entering. I know some people love facebook and others love YouTube so I’m trying to include everyone. If you hate or don’t have facebook, no worries, you can still enter! Same goes for YouTube.
The first prize, as featured in my video from yesterday which you may or may not have already seen, is a GYMBOSS. To enter today’s giveaway, leave a comment down below on this post letting me know if you use/watch YouTube to create or complete your own workouts. The winner will be chosen tomorrow at noon using random.org.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7npK5yRL9s
It is a 30-minute workout that you can do at home without any equipment at all. I would suggest warming up with a light 5 minute jog, jumping rope or dynamic warmup. Next you set your Gymboss or other interval timer for a 30 second interval, followed by a 10 second interval. Complete each exercise as seen in the video above for 30 seconds, resting only 10 seconds in between. After you complete each exercise, rest 1-2 minutes (if you’re a beginner you might need 3 at least) and repeat 2 more times.
Here are the exercise:
1. Mountain Climbers
2. Hover Jacks
3. Burpees
4. Get Down/Get Ups
5. Squat Press
6. Squat Pulses
7. Donkey Kicks – Left Leg
8. Donkey Kicks – Right Leg
9. Side Plank with Twist – Left Side
10. Side plank with Twist – Right Side
If you skip the warm up, the workout will only take you about 24 minutes.

Yes I use youtube to complete my workouts. I rarely use a whole routine I see on youtube. I also use it to get ideas for my classes, just different variations on some of the same old same old things.
You inspire me to stay fit and eat healthy in a totally doable way. I am a freshman in college and although it can be difficult sometimes, you keep me on track (:
Just had a baby 7 weeks ago and did this workout yesterday.. and i am def sore today! (great feeling)
Yes, I use youtube for workout guidance. I also go on netflix and use exercise videos on there as well.
Hello,
i realy like to watch fitness videos on youtube, to get some inspiration and then i create my own workouts! its great because you don´t need a gym to get i shape! you just need comitment and some willpower!
thanks,
joana
Hi. You are amazing at what you do and keep me motivated! I love to watch youtube to get inspired with new workouts! Thanks for keeping me going!
I use youtube to find different exercises. I also make my own videos for my clients to do when they don’t have time to come in to class.
I love your site so educational and inspiring, I’ve been following it for almost a year now!
I use A TON of You Tube videos from you, SarahFIT, and Tone It Up TV, to incorporate into my workouts. They are great add on’s to a workout at the gym!
I use YouTube to search for demos of exercises and new routines to do at home, its helpful whenever I need to refresh my memory or am just looking for something new.
I use YouTube to learn how to do new exercises and find different workout plans. Thanks for doing what you do, your blog and videos are great!
I love YouTube for workouts! Anytime I need to switch up my workouts I go to YouTube and check out the latest exercises and equipment used to push myself just that much harder! It has been two months today since I made the decision to choose a healthier life for myself and the workouts from YouTube have definitely helped in my progress so far! Thank you Sarah for your YouTube channel and blog! It has helped so much to encourage me along the way!
I don’t use a complete routine, but rather draw inspiration from several videos. I watch them mainly to learn about Target muscle groups for different exercises.=]
I love to use YouTube to search for exercises and then take them to the gym! It keeps me from getting bored and wandering around wondering what exercise to do or settling for using oh-so-boring machines.
I do both YouTube is great, especially to see how complicated moves should be done correctly and I love HIIT intervals so I’ve been wanting a Gymboss for a long time!
I will use youtube to watch the workout to make sure I am doing the moves correctly and then I will have a print version to take with me to the gym. I usually do Tone it Up workouts! (and yours of course!)
I use YouTube for workout ideas and motivation. So many different workouts to choose from: yoga, HIIT, pilates. I no longer have buy workout DVDs.
I will search youtube for workouts when I am bored at th the gym! I’ve done a few of your “no-gym” workouts and they are great!
I love using YouTube to look up moves or routines. Sometimes I come across a move I don’t understand and need to see it done! Of course I always watch my SarahFit videos! Thanks Sarah!!
I don’t usually do a full routine as I don’t remember all the different exercises, but I definitely do draw inspiration from every video. I mainly watch to learn about how to target specific muscles…and what exercises are good for those areas. =]
I love youtube for fitness. Your World’s Fastest Workout video is my daily wake up call.
I usually do yoga workouts from Youtube because they are easier to do in cramped areas. My cardio is usually long runs outside. Youtube is great for finding out new and latest health related information and simple clean recipes.
Thanks Sara -
This is a perfect quick workout to do when I’m working from
home and take a break. Looking forward to see what the
next 11 will be.
Hey Sarah!!
I’m not a huge YouTube junkie like most people but I DO use it to watch some tutorials and to do my Tone It Up Workouts and Sarah Fit workouts! Its great because sometimes the description of the exercise I have no clue how to do it.
I love using YouTube to learn correct form or variations of exercises. It’s helpful especially if I don’t know what the exercise is! I have never done a full workout from it, but I may start with this one you posted – thanks!
thanks so much for this video! This is all things you can do in a dorm room which I really appreciate. Thanks for letting me keep off the freshman 15!!
I love your youtube videos! They not only help me on days I don’t get to make it to the gym to tone, but I also incorporate the into my daily workout schedule. Thank you for all of your great workout advice!!
I love this workout! The best thing is that you can crank up the music and workout in the privacy of your home. My husband even loves doing these workouts with me. Thanks Sarah!
hey Sara! I use You tube videos after my ab workout, to work areas just outside the target area. Especially leg workouts, with the stress they get from lower ab movements.
Loving the new video. I love to HIIT workouts and I feel I get the most out of them. I have HIIT workouts, boxing drills and calisthenics as my cardio and I lift weights 3 days a week. I only really got into fitness this year and youtube is the main source of it all. I love being able to do stuff at home.
The GYMBOSS would be amazing as a fan of HIIT you are always having to time yourself and I am always struggling with alarms on my phone.
Thank you for the new work out.
i love your HIIT videos. short but effective!
I watch YouTube workouts to motivate myself, altough it is not always successfull. I like those videos also to see new fitness trends and to try them at home.
i use a mix of online resources for inspiration, and youtube is especially helpful in illustrating technique and form. i would love a gymboss because the one i ordered a year or two ago has stopped working.
Yes! I most definitely use youtube for my workouts. It’s a great way to add some variation and learn the techniques.
With a 4 month old baby there is no time to make it to the gym on a regular basis. I use your YouTube videos to sneak in a quick workout while she naps. Plus I am much more inclined to keep working out when I can do so conveniently at home.
When I watch videos on YouTube, I mainly use them as a source of inspiration. Sometimes I’ll follow along, but I mostly find a workout I want to do and jot down the exercises. It’s like the source for free workout DVD’s in a sense. All in all, I’m a YouTube fanatic! The GymBoss would be a great addition to my workouts because I love HIIT exercises but I hate using my phone. It gets the job done but a GymBoss would be so much better!
I get about 90% of my workouts from youtube. I’m a full-time student with limited time so a lot of workouts on youtube are short and sweet and to the point. Which allowins for me to get a workout in and not put up any excuses.
I use your YouTube channel to guide my work out at home on my lunch
Thank you, you’re a great inspiration.
Hey Sarah!
Yes, I do love a good mix of YouTube workout videos, running outdoors and workout routines that I’ve learnt from here and there! Nothing perks me up like a little endorphin rush from sweating it out. And even on those lazy days, I push myself to put in that little bit of effort (perhaps modified versions of workout routines to suit my schedule).
and you know what would fit well into my life? Gymboss! Yay, for interval training. Happy holidays!
I love using workouts from Youtube. I’m such a visual learner so I always prefer to have someone demonstrating workouts for me so I can properly perform them.
I love the idea of using youtube for workout ideas! Primarily I participate in group classes at my local gym!
I definitely use YouTube for working out, whether to see whole workouts or to check on the movement of a specific exercise.
To be honest, youtube was actually inspired me to start working out. So yes, youtube is always a great way to spice up my workout and to find inspiration to try new exercises at the gym!
I usually use workouts from Youtube, because it’s much easier to follow someone when exercising. And I feel more motivated when I see someone fit working out.
I love your work outs on you tube they are so do-able and they work.Over the past year you have inspired me to live a healthier lifestyle. Your workouts have led me to want to work harder pushing myself to reach my personal goals. You have motivated me to run 5-k’s and am planning my first 10 k in a few months.
Thanks! Love the new workout!
I use your YouTube workouts as part of my fitness program. I like to see the workout. It’s more motivating.
I could spend hours on youtube searching for various fitness videos. From new exercise routine ideas, clips of new workout dvds, to personal stories of how people have been successful at getting in shape, or what motivates them to get or stay healthy, I consider youtube one of my top resources.
Yep, I sure do use Youtube for workouts, I pick up a lot of yoga moves from there. It’s perfect; I don’t need to fret over buying yoga DVDs or trying to clear my library card of dues that I can’t pay right now, I can just pick up a video and learn the moves online! Plus, it’s so awesome to follow someone while they’re exercising too, takes a load off I suppose?
I ALWAYS use youtube for my workouts! Whether it’s inspiration, new moves, or doing an actual workout with Bex, Tone it up girls, or Casey (Pop Pilates!) I love them all.
As a college student with limited space, I use Youtube for workouts often since most only require a small set of weights and my laptop! On days when the gym is simply way too packed or I only have 30-40 minutes before class, a quick weights circuit is perfect.
I do use YouTube for workout ideas. I teach a boot camp, and I’m always looking for something different to introduce to my class. I currently use a tabata timer app on my phone, but I’ve been wanting to try the GymBoss.
I use youtube for workout ideas and moves… helps to change things up and learn new moves that I can use in the gym or at home. I love your youtube workout videos!
Sarah, Thanks so much for sharring this information!
I always watch your utube vidoes and they really motivated and inspire me to keep up my workouts and healthy eating and try to have a healthier life. I useto always worry about go to the gym each and every day and eating healthy and I was known as the health food and workout junkie (meaning I was always worried about making time for the gym and making sure I always had a healthy snack and skipped fast food), but then my mom past away and I turned to food for comfort because I was very depressed and stressed about it all and to make a long story short, I gained over 70 pounds within 6 months and now I hate the feeling of always being tired and I hate the way clothes fit me and also how I look in the mirror but thanks so much to Utube and people like you Sarah I have turned back to working out and trying to get back into the healthy food life style. I know its not easy at all but I know it has to be done and I am trying my very best!
THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALWAYS KEEPING ME MOTIVATED AND INSPIRING ME TO KEEP MOVING AND BECOMING HEALTHY AGAIN!
I love watching and learning new things on utube about new workouts and new food ideas and utube is very nice when you can’t make it to the gym and need a workout idea at home.
I loved the workout you posted yesterday! Great exercises, but would bursts of cardio such as stairs or sprinting be helpful? Thanks so much for all your inspiration!
I think your youtube channel is awesome because when i can’t make it to the gym your workouts help me feel good about working out at home :]
Once in a while I use youtube for inspiration or new workout ideas and moves, but I prefer learning new techniques from a trainer or fitness class.
I use youtube for interval workouts when I can’t get to the gym… It keeps me motivated and more engaged then working out on my own. I agree with Lissa- I also love the new ideas I can get!
I use Youtube quite a bit to customize my workout routines and mix it up so I don’t get bored.
I use youtube to create workouts. I love watching your videos to get new ideas
Hey Sarah! I LOVE your youtube channel! you are such an inspiration to me! You’re like my “exercise guru” haha. I’m a college student, and even though i’m very busy most of the time, I find time to go to your youtube channel and watch/do your exercise routines! thanks a bunch!!
Vicky
I use youtube almost exclusively to find workouts although I don’t usually make my own routines. I find it easier to just do routines made by other people.
I use YouTube when I get bored with my workout and need something new to keep me going!
I’m new to using YouTube, and I watched your new video last night. I wrote down the exercises and plan to work it in to my training next week. Thanks for the great video, Sarah!
I definitely use youtube to find workouts or watch workout reviews of videos/programs I’m thinking of purchasing.
Sarah! I use both tumblr and your youtube for those days I dont feel inspired, or the moments I am in my dorm in need if a quick workout!
Sarah,
Absolutely love all your fitness videos and delicious recipes! I truly enjoyed the 30 min interval work out, great to do at home and not have to go to the gym!!
Thank you!
YouTube has a really helped me build better workouts and try new ones. Sometimes I even find dance routine tutorials and do them for a little extra cardio!
Just started following cant wait to start
I love using youtube to create workouts! I use a combination of your videos, TIU, Pop Pilates, and BodyRock to create and get a killer workout when I don’t have access to a gym. O, even when I do but I want to switch things up! Thanks so much and keep it up!
I love your youtube workout videos! I use them all the time, especially when I’m pressed for time and don’t have time to make it to the gym that day. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your helpful tips on fitness and nutrition- you inspired me to get back in shape and I’m so much happier now!
Yes! I use both fitness videos and exercises I learned through playing sports. They help me learn tons of great exercises so I don’t get bored doing the same old things.
I think youtube.com is a great and under used fitness tool. I have gotten great workouts from youtube in a range of categories like yoga, pilates, celeb workouts, cardio and crossfit. Even when I make workouts for friends I tell them if they are confused on what an exercise is or how to complete it to look it up on youtube!
I don’t use Youtube too often for workouts. I have used bodyrock.tv before, but I’m currently using Turbofire as my main workout
I don’t use YouTube for workouts, but do use them for yoga and other stretching exercises.
I love watching Youtube videos for fitness routines. When I need a change it’s a great source for new exercises.
I do use YouTube to get ideas for workouts and to learn the best form for exercises I’m not all that familiar with. I use a lot of resources because I like to do new workouts all the time so I don’t get bored. I also use YouTube to play music videos or other shows while I’m working out!
Yes! I am always searching on youtube for workout videos to add to my routine. I am on the toneitup team so the majority of videos I do are theirs.
I use sometimes use Youtube for workouts. Mainly for gathering workout ideas and inspirations. It’s great to use for new exercises when I’m not sure I’m using proper form.
I use youtube to watch workout videos. I’m in love with BodyRockTV and tend to watch a lot of Zuzana’s videos!
I love using YouTube when I want to do a quick workout at home. It’s nice to have the option to mix it up!
Your channel along with ToneItUp are the BEST channels to go to for workouts. Especially for women! Thank you SO much…well, for be SO awesome! =)
Thank you for your inspiration!!
Hi Sarah! I’ve been a reader of yours for 6 months now and your blog has helped me lost 20 pounds! I am now finally at a healthy BMI!
My favorite youtube video of yours is the arms toning one.
I use your youtube videos as inspiration to make my own workouts all the time! And on days I don’t want to think about it- I just do the workout “as is”!
I found you on youtube while looking for workout videos and I fell in LOVE! Then I found your blog and you on facebook. You are amazing. You keep me motivated and you give great advice on healthy eating and workouts. I have recently started running again as I did in high school and it feels amazing. I have 2 kids and Im trying to get toned back up and you help me do that.
I have used YouTube occasionally to get workout ideas, but I mostly plan them on my own (at the gym) or do workout videos, like Core Fusion, at home.
Sometimes I use Youtube for workout videos, but I really like to have a written plan in front of me. I mostly use youtube to refer to if I dont know how to do a certain workout. I’d type in donkey kicks…and watch a video on what they are!
I use youtube for my at home workouts. It’s a fun and inexpensive way to get a workout in and there really aren’t any excuses to not do them! I first saw you on youtube and then followed the Tone it Up girls and BodyRock. I think it’s awesome what you guys are doing, making fitness attainable to those with a busy schedule and a small budget! <3 <3
I use youtube to work out all the time! A gymboss would just be icing on the cake to all of the amazing workouts you’ve provided me with. I watch your videos along with the toneitup girls, and tara stiles. I love you all, but i have to say, I found your channel first! haha.
Thanks for all that you do for us, Sarah
I workout with a group of friends at the gym but when im not with them, I like to go on YouTube and find some workouts that i can do at home that target the same muscle groups that I do at the gym with the equipment. That’s how i found you Sarah
You are such an inspiration and thank you!
I am about to go do this workout today after class!
Hey Sarah! I only started using youtube since i found your channel!
I use your videos for inspiration to create my own fitness routine. I used to only take classes because I was clueless as to what machines I could use or what moves I could to with weights and you helped so much in those departments! I do a lot of strength training right now and use many of your routines. You also made me discover interval trainings and Tabata intervals! This week only I have done your endless summer abs routine (love it!), your fat blasting routine for arms and back, and yesterday I did HIIT on the treadmill, 45 min of Pilates and a Tabata interval for 4 minutes of kettle bell swings…burned 600 calories doing all of this in about 90 minutes! Kicked my booty for sure! Thanks Sarah for being awesome!
I definitely use your channel a lot for new exercises to try at the gym and at home with no equipment. I’m losing my gym membership soon, and it’ll be immensely helpful to have a timer!
I use youtube all of the time for workout inspiration. I am not organized enough yet to post my own workouts, but maybe that is a good goal for me for 2012. I love your videos & use them for inspiration on how to change things up and also for how to squeeze in a fantastic & efficient workout at home!
Oh, I would absolutely love this!! I’ve been skimming through BodyRockTV workouts and this is all they use. I do some youtube workouts especially Blogilates and Toneitup. It’s really easy to find a workout to target a specific area or need and tack it on at the end of your usual workout.
Yes, I do. Youtube helps a lot when you don’t know how to exactly do an exercise. Thanks for the chance!
I use YouTube videos pretty frequently! I always look at new ones coming through my Twitter Feed and it’s perfect when I don’t feel like hitting the gym or need something new.
I admit I do use YouTube for workout inspiration and to look up how to do moves correctly. I may or may not also watch and do the 8 minute (abs, arms, legs, butt) videos and may secretly love the terrible spandex workout attire. Oh the joys of the internet.
I workout to your videos on YouTube. I just finished your latest interval workout.
I have two young kids so getting to the gym can be a challenge. I workout to your videos and I feel great! Thanks!
I use/watch YouTube to create or complete your own workouts! Love doing so because it’s free & I could use YouTube mobile to do the workouts at the gym! By the way, LOVE the circuit workout you recently posted! You’re one of my faves on YouTube, along with Body Rock TV & Tone It Up!
I use you tube all the time for workouts! It is convenient because I can view videos on my iPad and I can combine different workouts tailored to my needs!
I am new to you site and plan on taking advantage of what you have to offer here.
I’m always on YouTube seeking motivation and encouragement for my workouts. Always learn so much from your vlogs and look forward to them.
YouTube is the main source of my workouts. I love your workouts, as well as tone it up.
I workout to your videos all the time on youtube, Thanks for posting this, you are such an inspiration.
When I’m in strength training mode, I definitely use YouTube to help with my workout. It helps me not become complacent in my routines and it’s fun to see what other people are doing.
I love those Youtube workouts that you can follow along with, or checking out how to do a new excersise properly.
I love using youtube for motivation and for new/different workouts if I’m bored or to change things up!
I love your youtube videos. You give me so many new ideas for my workouts and I love the way you put them together!
Yes, I love watching your workout videos and ToneItUp’s videos for workout ideas… i usually pick and choose what I do from the videos at the gym. I’ve been thinking about getting into a routine of doing morning workouts at home though.
I use you tube to design my workouts, im newish to exercise. in 2010 i weighed 105 kilos and i have so far lost 35 kilos. I like to run a lot, but have no idea of how to do other exercises. Im a mum of 3 kids so having money spare to employ a trainer isnt an option so i use you tube as free trainer. today im up at 4am searching for bootcamp/ park type exercises to do today in the local park, when i take the baby for a run today. Your videos are very very helpful to a newbie like me, very motivational
I use YouTube to see how certain fitness moves are performed but I don’t generally use it for full workouts
Hi Sarah! I use YouTube a lot for ideas and also for good form! I use to have a gym boss but it broke down on me so I’m excited about this giveaway! Thanks! -christy
I use youtube vids all the time for workouts. If they show the workout all the way through, then I do it alongside. If not, I write it down.
Thanks for the offers over the next 12 days
I use YouTube for workouts. I haven’t lately, but I have a lot of them bookmarked. I love how they are easily accessible and free!
I’ve been wanting a GymBoss since forever, I’ve been using an online tabata clock, but I would love to take my workouts away from my computer!
I usually don’t use YouTube for my workouts. I’d rather go to the gym or yoga class!
I use YouTube–your videos and BodyRock–and tend to mush everything all together to make my own. I’ve been using an interval timer on my computer but it would be really helpful to have a Gymboss (I’ve been dyinggg for one!) so I could work out sans comp.
I don’t usually use youtube for workouts, but yours are stellar! You have great ideas that work the entire body, but are still enjoyable to do. Thanks! Keep up the great work
I’m super excited to do this! Just the type if without I was looking for! I have so many questions for you! hopefully they get answered over these next couple days
By the way. Thank you for even giving us this opportunity. It’s very kind of you and your sponsors
I absolutely love your blog, it motivates me everyday to stay healthy! I recently started college and am noticing a bit of weight gain and am now freaking out because I thought I was being healthy–I guess not. I’ve always been extremely self-conscious, still am, but this blog is very inspiring. Especially now since I’m trying to get back to my normal size…
I have never used youtube for my workouts. I will have to give it a try or at least use it for ideas!
I love getting tutorials from youtube for examples of proper body positioning while working out/running/yoga, etc. I think it’s so important to have good body mechanics so I don’t hurt myself!
Yes, I use your videos! It’s so difficult following workouts by just reading instructions. Discovering your blog on Tumblr was a heaven sent. I always enjoy your workouts.
I love using youtube videos to try a new workout! It lets me get a feel for a new move or type of exercise and not be embarrassed by how ridiculous I’m sure I look
Yes I use YouTube to complete my workouts. Makes me feel like I’m not on my own when i do them.
I love youtube for learning the correct technique for new exercises (or even ones that I *think* I’ve been doing correctly!). I’ve also used it to help me put together routines for my mom, who is not in the greatest of shape.
I generally use Youtube workouts because its more fun to do the same workouts other people do
Also, watching other people gives me an idea of how the intensity should be and how hard my workouts should be. Also, I LOVE GYMBOSSES!!! THEY ARE REALLY THE BEST THING EVER INVENTED!
I use youtube all the time for workouts! Its so convenient and I learn so much!
I use YouTube and other blog sites to come up with new classes every week. I used your interval workout in my class this afternoon as a matter of fact! Thanks for all the great ideas!
I love checking out your videos and other youtube videos to get new ideas and inspirations on how to change up my workouts and routines. I have fun trying out new moves to figure out what works best for my body
I use your videos plus the TIU girls channel as well. I like to change things up daily so my body doesn’t get used to one thing.
I use YouTube to find new exercises to add to my routine! It’s great because you can actually see the move in action, and not just read about it & try to guess what it is you’re supposed to do!
YouTube workouts are great for when you don’t have time to do an entire gym workout but still want to get in an intense workout!
I watch YouTube videos like yours to help me get motivated and inspired to eat healthier and exercise. I like to look up answers for questions I might have on YouTube. I workout at home in my room to workout tapes. I like The Firm and Turbo Jam. Since September I’ve lost 26 lbs! Thanks for the inspiration!
Yep! I love seeing the new videos you post and I’ve been able to incorporate a lot of your different exercises in my daily routine. I like to mix it up…if it’s boring, I wont want to do it!
I LOVE you videos! In the morning I will go to YouTube and search for a morning yoga workout. Basically every workout I do is from YouTube.
I LOVE youtube! I use it all the time for some workout ideas or to find recipes or grocery hauls.
I use youtube to do workouts when I don’t have access to my campus gym. I love doing all of the Sarah Dussault, Tone It Up & Pop Pilates workouts! (:
I have a play list on You-tube titled ‘Exercise To do’. It’s made up almost entirely of your videos and I refer back to it whenever I need some motivation at the gym – specifically strength training. I’d love to see some advice on a schedule. What videos to do Mon, Tues, Wed Thur, etc. How often to do them. Which videos to pair together for a complete workout. I always just guess when trying to create a solid routine. Yay Gymboss!
I love to use youtube to get ideas for exercises and follow along with Pilates and yoga!
I love your posts and inspiring workouts! <3
Not really. I did a couple of times but I don’t have wifi at home (I know! THE HORROR!)
I love watching your youtube videos giving me some good ideas on how to workout. Thanks for all the tips!
Yes I do, but tend to mix up moves from different videos to suit my needs. Its fun trying new things and seeing how other people work out.
Yes I am very inspired by YouTube fitness gurus. You were the first one I found and you interduced me to tone it up!!! I mix up both of y’alls channels for some of my workouts!! You are very inspiring!
Haha, this is a good question. I would have never found you or Tone It Up or Blogilates if it were not for youtube. I would not be 15lbs lighter and healthier without your videos, and others as spoken of. Just about 5-7 days a week, I use Youtube fitness videos to learn how to perform an exercise correctly or do a follow along circuit, etc. It really is so awesome that people make follow along videos. Totally something I want to do.
I love using youtube for my workouts – thanks to them I discovered you, TIU, and Bodyrock
Yes, I definitely use Youtube for fitness advice and videos! I also follow Cassey Ho and the Tone It Up girls. Everyone has such great idea! Hope to win! Thanks!
I use YouTube as the main source of my workouts, though I do create my own occasionally
Yes, I use Youtube and subscribed myself in your fitness blog to get updated with new exercises and its benefits to our bodies, health tips and healthy recipes too. I really want to try the interval training because I heard its much effective than the other trainings that’s why Gymboss interval timer is on my Christmas wishlist! Please be my Santa Claus! More power to your blog!
Yes I definitely watch youtube and I find your channel very inspirational! Thank you for posting!
Youtube is a great way to find workouts I can do without even leaving the house. Sometimes the hardest part about exercising is just getting to the gym itself. Being able to look up videos on Youtube solves that problem and leaves no excuses. Also, it’s helpful to be able to actually see the right way to do an unfamiliar exercise. It can be frustrating when you’re trying to get in a good work out but you’re not sure if you’re doing the move right! Keep up the good work, Sarah! You’re definitely my go-to girl on the internet machine.
Yes yes yes! I love using youtube for my workout & for general fitness inspiration! I especially love using it when I am home or out of town for a weekend & can’t access a gym! I have found so many amazing fitness gurus who inspire me on youtube including you! So thanks for everything you do
I have used YouTube for exercise before, but haven’t looked at it lately…nice reminder!
Yes I adore YouTube for workouts (eg. You ,diet.com,tiu,blogilaties,andbodyrock)they make not at home workouts possible and fun.
Yes I used YouTube to get ideas on different workout routines. I like doing quick 15-20 min sessions which is great since I can do 1 or 2 YouTube vids. I also like to get fitness tips from various fitness experts such as yourself. Definitely like it when there are guests on your vids!
I love using Youtube to find different workouts and I always try to do a couple a week to switch things up. Absolutely love yours, Blogliates, and Tone it Up TV!
I use YouTube when I’m at home/don’t make it to the gym. Love this workout – quick but effective.
No I do not, give it some consideration for 2012 2011 is all wrapped up.
I sometimes use toutube, other times it’s not needed if i’m going for a run or walk, or running stairs.
I love your web site
I just discovered your blog and have already enjoyed your videos!
i do my own workouts but when i’m looking for new exercises, i’ll look at youtube videos to see how it’s done!
YouTube is definitely a resource for me to search for demos of exercises and new routines to do at home or at the gym. Youtube provides a variety of exercises that you may not learn about at the local gym classes. Keep up the GREAT work Sarah on your youtube workouts. Very motivational!
Yes! I love doing my cardio outside but when it comes to strength training I love using youtube videos (yours and Tone It Up are my favs
I need to get a kettlebell because I watched that video of yours and it looked like an amazing workout!
i use youtube to watch exercise videos
I don’t use it to DO workouts, but u do use YouTube to get ideas and check form and to add a bit more intensity to my workouts. Although if there’s something REALLY new to me or that looks disturbingly embarrassing, I will most likely try it out using a video, just for fun.
I don’t usually think to use YouTube for workout ideas, but intend to do so in the future. Your workouts are excellent!
I love using youtube to workout!
I’m such a wuss and haven’t shot a video of my own yet, but am determined to do so one day soon!
I use youtube sometimes to get ideas and to check on the proper form for certain exercises.
I’m addicted to YouTube for working out! I can’t afford a gym membership and I just can’t stay motivated doing something alone. So with you or Cassey yelling at me to push through, or just 8 more to go it’s a perfect way for me to stay active. I’d be fat and pathetic without Youtube =D
I use your Youtube channel all the time to find great workouts to add to what I already do! I love how your videos are so descriptive and easy to follow. Thanks so much for all you do!
i <3 YouTube!!! i usually use it for exercise demos and motivation!! Would love a Gymboss for interval and tabata workouts!
Hi Sarah!
I absolutely love your workouts and have definitely incorporated many of them into my routine! I think what I like most about your workouts compared to other YouTube fitness gurus is that you usually talk about your personal experience with them…it give me hope that they will work for me if I know that you believe in them enough to use them yourself!
So excited about you 12 days of Christmas! You are so inspiring!!
Ashley
I absolutely love your workouts! I do one or two everyday after my 2 mile walk. They are so fun, and i really like how theres always new stuff to do. I never get bored with them. Keep it up
Hey Sarah,
I discovered you on YouTube this last summer and your videos have really helped me! Thanks a bunch and keep up the good work!
I use Youtube every day for my workouts. Mostly for motivation and it’s always fun to see you working out. Specially because you have the body shape I always dreamed of. That keeps me going.
I would love a gymboss timer…..currently I use my phone but sometimes its a hassle to set the thing up and play music and watch the workout all on my phone. I love doing bodyrock type interval workouts from youtube and combining them with Cassey’s pilates and your toning routines!
Love youtube for workouts! NTC is also a great resource!
Thank you for this giveaway series! I rarely go directly to YouTube for workout videos. I am more likely to follow links from my favorite fitness sites (like yours of course) to workouts that spark my interest and fit my needs, rather than slog through everything on YouTube.
I discovered your youtube channel this summer and have been doing your workout videos or mixing and matching them ever since!
I like watching your you tube video’s for new exercises and new ways to change up my workouts.
I love using YouTube to help change up my workout routine. I get tired of doing the same exercises every week so I go to youtube to help me figure out new things to do. I especially love doing this when I can’t make it to the gym!
