This weekend marked the kickoff of Cape Cod weekends.  I’ve been going to the Cape since I was a baby.  I am very fortunate that I have a place to stay and friends to hang out with each weekend.  As mentioned though, it’s not exactly a lifestyle that is well suited for my profession as a fitness and healthy living vlogger.  I did however log 2 30-minute runs and 2 45-minute sessions of playing tennis.  The rest of the weekend looked something like above although I did not play volleyball.  Someone did not wear an appropriate swim top.

Do you take the weekends off from exercise?  This summer, I challenge you to workout at least twice between Friday morning and Sunday night.  Golf, tennis, hiking, swimming all count!
