9 Signs You Read Too Many Healthy Living Blogs

While I uploaded a real time arm slimming workout on Tuesday, yesterday I brought you guys my top 9 signs that you read too many healthy living blogs. I’m guilty of most if not all of the of top 9. I had 3 additions that I did not make the cut in the video that I decided to share below as a bonus.

10. You order anything on a menu that has Chia in it.

11. You’ve watched at least one Body Rock TV video, and felt dirty afterwards…

12. You take daily pictures of you’re breakfast that regularly consists of oatmeal with chia seeds, nut butter, and flax meal.

Some YouTube viewers asked me for some of my favorite blogs and so here they are in no particular order:

Eating Bird Food - Her dog Olive had a guest appearance in the video :) Awesome recipes!

Peanut Butter Fingers - Sadie, Julie’s pup also had a guest appearance above. Fun lifestyle blog with workouts and meal ideas.

Losing Weight In The City  –  Theodora and Bailey also had an appearance above. NYC healthy living with great weight loss story.

 Skinny Runner Sarah is a fab resource if you are runner and hilarious as well.

Run Eat Repeat Monica is also a big runner in SoCal with workout & meal ideas.

Carrots ‘n’ Cake One of my first blogs that I read! Fun product reviews and travel ideas for health lovers.

Sweet Tooth Sweet Life She’s having a baby in July but has great meal ideas and lives an active life.

Chocolate Covered Katie Amazing dessert recipes for the health conscious sweet tooth.

FANNEtastic Food Fannetastic meals ideas and recipes :) Also a registered dietician!

OMG i’m guilty of so many of them. The one that you added about watching the Body Rock RV made me laugh out loud. Because I have watched part of one, and instantly felt dirty. (Glad I’m not the only one!) haha
