I have to ask—what were your results on the juice cleanse? Did you lose weight? Did you gain it back? I am in dire need of a cleanse–While I know juice cleanse are GREAT for resetting my body and helping to reduce cravings, I don’t wanna do one that I will just lose weight and gain it right back!
