Blogilates, Tone It Up and me!

Hi guys! I’m in Los Angeles avoiding the blizzard headed straight for Boston. I’m really pretty lucky right now about my good timing skills.

When I landed at lax, I picked up my economy rental car at midway rental.

I was given an upgrade to a red fiat convertible for just $21/day!
The next morning I walked to Whole Foods from my brothers to pick up some breakfast. I picked up a green juice by evolution. I love many more earthy options LA always naturally seems to have.

After breakfast, I headed down to Manhattan Beach to shoot a fun video with Cassey, Katrina and Karena! This video has been a long time in the making. We are all planning to post next Friday so these pictures will have to do until then!

While shooting, Katrina made us all some amazing protein pancakes using Perfect Fit, their own protein powder. I think it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Some times making recipes in large batches I feel like always makes the final product taste better!
I took more behind the scenes pics and will post later today. I’m on my way now to go take Barre Bootcamp with Megan from Oakley in Newport! I’m not gonna lie but I’m pretty excited to see the crowd at this 10:30 am class ;)

Lastly, last I took a bikram style spinning class! I can’t wait to tell you all about it later. The studio is called Sweat Shoppe so you can imagine a few details. I love LA!

Hi Sarah. Is that a Fiat 500 ? I think it’s a car for women ;-) First I thought you want to drive from Boston to L.A. by car. That would be a long journey… ;-) How many kilometers, sorry I forgot that you’re using miles in the states. How many miles would it be from Boston to L.A. by car ?

But let me telling that the metric system is better and exater is as the imperial measure system. Might of the habit ;-)

Bye from Germany

How did you get such a cheap rental?!? All the ones I have to get are at least $50/day

Hi Sarah! Yeah!!!! You got to see the Tone It Up Gals, Katrina and Karena. I love them and their workouts. Can’t wait to see and hear more! Enjoy your time in L.A. from a former CA girl who has lived in OR for the past 21 years!!! I miss their warm beaches and hopefully the video was shot right there on the beach. I grew up in Torrance by the way!

I am so jealous of your perfect timing, we are going to get buried here on the cape. I love the TIU girls, I can’t wait to see the video you guys will have for us…it’s been long awaited. Have a great time and be thinking of us back on the east coast.

I do hate that imperial measure system Shit. The metric measure system is more exact as the imperial measure system.
30,48 cm = 1ft
2,54 cm = 1 in
453g = 1lb

32°F = 0°C

What for a bullshit
1000m = 1km
1000g = 1kg

Apropos Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit (1686 – 1736) was a german scientist and physicist. Anders Celsius was a swedish astronomer and scientist…

I love the arrogance… and sarcasm LOL

Greetings from Germany

Love The Sweat Shoppe! I go there about twice a week and it’s an amazing studio! Hope you enjoyed it. Who was your instructor?
