hi sarah! thanks for the video and the recipe! i’m always looking for new protein ball recipes, and this one -looks amazing! the balls look almost like truffles! :D i usually put whole oats, but oat flour sounds like a better idea, looking forward to trying it! i just wanted to ask a clarifying question–in the video you say “1/4 c oat flour,” but the text that’s displayed says “1/2 c oat flour.” which one is right?

It is 1/4 cup! The text was a typo

Energy balls are the best. I haven’t made them in a while, which reminds me that I need too! I used to make some vanilla walnut energy balls that were amazing! I’ll have to try adding pumpkin seeds to my next batch!

I’ve made these a few times since buying your book and love them! Great for quieting that craving for chocolate that sneaks up from time to time.
