Im 17 and trying to lose weight really bad and i have the skills to do it because i previously lost 40 pounds in 2 months. So i know i can do it but im trying to lose 80 pounds know to get ready for prom. For my age is it good to run in the morning and power excerise after im finished with all my meals?i really need some advice.
