Get BIKINI Fit! New Outdoor Bodyweight Circuit Workout VIDEO

The weather is finally warm enough to go outside for strength training and cardio! To celebrate, I shot a new “Get Bikini Fit” outdoor body weight circuit video. If you haven’t seen a video in awhile, check out my videographer and editor, Rachel’s awesome skills. I’m excited to have her on board and hope you enjoy the video too. She even included a quick recap during the last 45 seconds so you can remember the moves!

Couple updates! Today is the LAST day to vote for me for Fitness Magazine’s blogger awards! I joined the contest late and have only 58 votes so far… Pals Cassey and Bex have over 1000 and 400, respectively! I’d love to be in the top 10 and right now, I’m number 11. Help me move up!

Loved your bodyweight workout video! I will definitely be trying this once the rain stops! Looking forward to more great workouts and videos!

Did this in a little under 40 minutes today and burned 360 calories! Not bad :) I was tired so I walked instead of jogging for the warm up :D Thanks Sarah!
