How I Lost The Last 10lbs

Want to lose the last 10lbs? I’m warning you, it’s not easy. It’s hard to keep it off. I know how to do it, I’ve done it a few times. This time, it has actually stayed off! Watch the video below for my best secrets on how I did it despite being in Hawaii for 8 days right before the shoot!

That’s so interesting that you fluctuate within 10 lbs. I’m very similar. Lowest of 115 and highest of 130 ( I’m only 5ft tall). However these pounds make a HUGE difference. At my lowest I was just below a size 0 but at my highest I can barely squeeze into my size 6 jeans. Do you find the same problem? I’ve been thinking about keeping a range of sizes in my closest just in case but it seemed like such a waste of space…

Thank you for this video! I’m trying to lose the last 10ish lbs of pregnancy weight (8.5 weeks postpartum) and then I’d love to lose about 5 more. I so appreciate your honesty and your practical tips.
