Lose Belly Fat Workout: St Patrick’s Day Beer Belly Routine

What are you doing for St Patrick’s Day this year? If you plan to celebrate as I usually do, then you might need my Beer Belly workout. Combining cardio and strength, this workout targets your core to flatten it out while raising your heart rate with intervals to burn the fat on top. I also made a fun little graphic for you to pin or print!

Love the workout! Next time I am in the gym Ill give it a whirl.

Sarah, this is random, but were you aware that the Laughing Cow 1/3 less fat cinnamon cream cheeses have aspartame in them? I just discovered this tonight and got really sad because I try to avoid aspartame at all costs! I didn’t buy sugar free or anything like that…what are your thoughts on this?

Thanks for the workout, I’m going to start doing this tomorrow. I have a question for you, I don’t have access to a gym, so can you suggest an at home workout for legs. I need to drastically trim my inner thighs, any exercises you can suggest would be great, thanks Sarah :)

I can’t read the cardio portion of the workout routine. Can you type it out in black? Or maybe type out the whole routine? Sorry I know it’s more work but if you could I would really appreciate it…. Trying to get rid of my gin & tonic baby lol
