Mom and Baby at Home Workout + TIU Giveaway

While in LA last month, I had the amazing opportunity to film a mommy and me workout video with one of my all time favorite YouTubers, Elle from WhatsUpELLE. This is a postpartum/postnatal strength based mom and baby workout. Try these exercises for getting back in shape after baby at home.

If you do not have a baby, you can still do this at home workout with any equipment. It focuses on the core, back and kegel muscles mostly. To run through this workout, it will take you about 15-20 minutes.

The Workout

  • 20 seconds Hover Jacks (x2 resting for 10 seconds in between)
  • 20 Leg Circles (10 counter clock wise, 10 clock wise both legs)
  • 30 second Side Plank (on both sides)
  • 8 Plank to Push ups – aka kiss the baby push ups
  • 15 Supermans
  • 20 Hip Lifts

So make sure it is. It’s simple and it’s easy. I’ll be compiling the list of entries from the Facebook posts that show up on my wall. In order they will be given a number and like always, I’ll be using Random.Org to select who win.

I hope I do not either! Did you do both steps 1 and 2? It’s going to be too hard for me if you just like because then people who already did will not be able to enter – read the entry rules one more time to make sure you enter ;)

I’ve done it a TON of times. It’s THE BEST! I wrote down all the circuits on a post it note and then stuck it in the pocket of my running pants so I didn’t forget anything, haha. I’m going to put this on your FB too in order to be eligible to win the (AMAZING! AWESOME!) prize, but I wanted to put it here too. That workout kicks my butt, and though I try pretty much all your workouts, it’s become a go-to for outdoor workouts. Thanks Sarah!!

I really love the protein pancake recipe on your youtube. I don’t have a facebook, but would really like to thank you for the opportunity to win prizes. Thank you for all you do, please keep it up. 2012 is my year to get healthy so I can quit making weightloss New Year’s resolutions. Hi Sarah,
I check your blog almost everyday and I am a huge fan but I don’t have Facebook! I’m a writer so I’m always working on my computer and it was a huge distraction for me so I got rid of it 3 years ago. Though I’d love to enter to win the TIU plan! What’s a Facebook-free girl to do?!

I’m also a big TIU fan as well as Tosca Reno, so I was really finding your post about the combining of stripped and TIU plan very interesting!
