What does your morning routine look like? If you’re a mom, chances are it’s a little hectic. My routine changes seasonally depending on my training goals, work schedule and energy levels.
This weeks video shows you what a typical morning looks like for me. Please note, this is probably my routine 3 days a week. The weekends are different and I teach at Barry’s Bootcamp 2 days a week in the AM. On those days, I just workout at Barry’s afterwards.
Many mornings, I will sign up for a class to make sure I get out of bed. It is hard for me to be a morning person and committing to a class using Mind Body ensures I get up or else I lose my class reservation and about $20.
