Hey Sarah,

I just discovered your videos on YouTube and now your website. I am trying to view some of the recipes and when I click on them it just refreshes the page and the recipe never displays. I tried viewing the Oatmeal Banana Bites and the Green Monster Smoothie. Thought I would let you know!

Hi Sarah just a quick and serious question, Iv lost 15 kilos thanks to you but my friends still get angry at me because I contuine to diet and go to the gym why is that? Can’t people be supportive if my new life style.
