Well fish is meat ;) but that’s pretty awesome. Have you watched any of that doctor on PBS who talks about high micronutrient foods? His thing is GOMBS – greens onions mushrooms berries/beans and seeds for maximum health. Works for me!

OMG, this looks amazing so yummy ! i love salad, but i am to lazy to chop all the veggies, really stupied i know .

but you thought me alot about a healty lifestyle, workouts and diet, i bought the clean eating book be tosca and never regreated it, so thanks sarah you are a great rolemodel :)
