Hi Sarah, what warm drinks are in your opinion the healthiest to order? Thanks in advance!

I usually just get iced coffee, hot coffee, shots of espresso or an americano. If I get a “drink” – I will admit I love the peppermint mocha but it’s not exactly what I call healthy. It’s a treat that I get if I’m hungry and craving one. Typically though I just want the wake up jolt so wasting my calories on a beverage is not regular. I always bring my own stevia or drink it unsweetened. I will bring my own almond milk sometimes in an old water bottle or bring the drink home and put it in myself. If not, I’ll use a little bit of whole milk.

Hey sarah. I was curious, is there is reason you still buy your coffee from Starbucks? I also drink almond milk but instead of buying the coffee at Starbucks and adding my almond milk, I just bought a small coffee machine and brew it at home. I found the exact same Starbucks Blonde coffee at the grocery store. Saves me the trip.
