whats the 8 hour diet all about?!!

I haven’t read the article but I can assume it’s on intermittent fasting, which has been shown to 1) not be as effective in women as in men and 2) can even be detrimental to women’s health. I’m shocked but I guess really should not be shocked that Women’s Health is advocating it.

Oh i’ve never heard about the 8 hour diet but i’m hoping that you’ll tell us all about it after trying it
