SFit #6: Sweat + Tone using just Body Weight
I had a sponsored video scheduled to go up today but it got pushed back a week so you guys benefit and I uploaded another full length video from the SFit Gym just so you can see how awesome the workouts really are. This workout features 10 different exercises working the entire body. Each one is performed for 30 seconds. There are 3 rounds total. The moves are all body weight, some cardio focused, the rest strength. All it takes is 15 minutes.
