Awesome core workout! I just did a killer plank routine last night and I am feeling it today. Quick question: What is the “trick” to balancing in boat pose so that your butt bone doesn’t hurt? (Also, do you have any yoga instructors/studios you could suggest in south Boston??) Thanks!

Pilates is indeed awesome. It’s even better when you get some HIIT in before, helps you burn more calories!

I did this workout last night, and I was sweating too! I love Jen Phelan, she is an awesome teacher and so sweet too!
