Favorite Breakfast Oatmeal:
- 1/4 cup dry steel cut oatmeal
- 5 drops of liquid NuNaturals Stevia
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
Cook the oatmeal and then mix the rest together. I also eat 1 egg white and have an ice coffee with unsweetened almond milk and NuNaturals stevia drops.
