Favorite Oatmeal Recipe

Favorite Breakfast Oatmeal:

  • 1/4 cup dry steel cut oatmeal
  • 5 drops of liquid NuNaturals Stevia
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

Cook the oatmeal and then mix the rest together.  I also eat 1 egg white and have an ice coffee with unsweetened almond milk and NuNaturals stevia drops.
