This weekend is the official summer kickoff! I’m so excited but also a little nervous. As mentioned previously, I have a hard time sticking to any healthy eating habits during the summer time. I always admit that I like to workout hard so that I can enjoy myself during the summer time but sometimes the calories in don’t always equal the calories out.
Between day drinking, ice cream, bbq’s, lack of fitness on weekends I almost always weigh more in August than June (except for that summer I lost the freshman 15). In the summer, I feel like I should wear a sign on my back that says “Do as I say, not as I do.”
