I forgot to mention that I also LOVE Runner’s World Smart Coach app. It helps me train for my races! Love it.

I have been lingering for a few weeks now and figured I’d comment. Thanks for the suggestion of the RunKeeper… I downloaded it and used it this afternoon and I love it! I love that I can tuck my iphone away and still know how long/far/fast I am running without having to look at the screen! SO AWESOME! Thanks for all your awesome tips :)

Great post/vlog. I’ve tried RunKeeper but have found that iSmoothRun has more functionality (and it syncs directly with both DailyMile and RunKeeper).

I use iGo (free for the basic version) on my iPhone because with it I can use it for cycling, walking, running… and listen to my music. It gives me all the info I need: distance, pace, time etc. and then I can analyze it on my computer after.
