The iPhone has thousands of health and fitness apps geared towards helping get you in the best shape of your life. How do you find the best app in the sea of paid and free offerings? In my opinion, here are the 5 best iPhone apps to feed your healthy obsessions.

What are your favorite free apps?

I forgot to mention that I also LOVE Runner’s World Smart Coach app. It helps me train for my races! Love it.

I have been lingering for a few weeks now and figured I’d comment. Thanks for the suggestion of the RunKeeper… I downloaded it and used it this afternoon and I love it! I love that I can tuck my iphone away and still know how long/far/fast I am running without having to look at the screen! SO AWESOME! Thanks for all your awesome tips :)

Great post/vlog. I’ve tried RunKeeper but have found that iSmoothRun has more functionality (and it syncs directly with both DailyMile and RunKeeper).
