Yesterday, I did not feel like blogging. I had a disappointment hangover from a certain even that played out on National television from Indianapolis. Moving forward… I used Random.org to select a winner last night for the Polar FT60 Heart Rate Monitor. Congrats to Brittany for winning! I was so happy to see all positive [...]

It’s a combination of a few recipes and any similarities to other recipes are coincidence as I promise I whipped it up on my own. After reading about Chocolate Covered Katie’s usage of chickpeas in baked goods, I was determined [...]

Last week, I was in New York City filming an informercial and needed to plan my meal ahead of time to make sure I looked lean on camera. To do this, I followed a special 7-day slim down from my diet plan. My hotel in NYC was not going to have an oven so I [...]

For awhile, I’ve been meaning to try the vegan buckwheat bake recipe that many bloggers are obsessed with. What took me so long? The recipe called for buckwheat groats, which proved to be very difficult for me to locate. I finally found them in bulk at a random Whole Foods I stopped at. The next [...]
