TRX Exercises

The TRX is a new piece of gym equipment popping up at gyms all over the country.  It’s also a light weight portable device that fitness addicts are buying for their own personal use at home and outside.  The basics of the TRX suspension training system is that the user’s hand or feet are generally supported by a single anchor point while the opposite end of the body is in contact with the ground.  You choose how much body weight is loaded onto the targeted body zone making each exercise easy to modify for all levels.  All you need to do is attach the device to a single anchor point about 8-10 feet off the ground.  You can hook it onto a jungle gym (given no kids are in the way), or even around a tree in a park.
