While I have many workout videos featuring lower body toning routines, these are my favorite butt lifting and thigh slimming exercises hands down.
You can watch the video below from which these photos were taken from to see how many reps I recommend. I suggest doing 2-4 sets of each exercise. Do just 1 or do all 6. Bottom line, these are my least favorite moves to do because they give me the biggest burn for my time without using weights. Enjoy!
