VIDEO: My Favorite Butt & Thigh Exercises

While I have many workout videos featuring lower body toning routines, these are my favorite butt lifting and thigh slimming exercises hands down. 

Booty Butt

You can watch the video below from which these photos were taken from to see how many reps I recommend. I suggest doing 2-4 sets of each exercise. Do just 1 or do all 6. Bottom line, these are my least favorite moves to do because they give me the biggest burn for my time without using weights. Enjoy!

I completely agree that my least favorite moves give me the biggest results. I make myself do lunges for this reason!!

Yesss I love this video!! Donkey kicks have to be my favorite :) I would love to see a follow along booty/legs workout too!!
