Weeknight Dinners from Noodles & Company

I recently discovered Noodles & Company while grabbing some groceries from ALDI in Medford. I didn’t want to cook and was looking for something new to try.

At first I thought it must be another Ramen place but it turns out, they have huge salads as well as noodle dishes from around the world. The Noodles World Tour Menu offers meals inspired by Italy, Korea, Mediterranean and more including stateside areas like Napa and Wisconsin.

Salads from Noodles and Company

I ordered two salads and two noodle dishes. I figured Nick and I could share a salad and noodle dish for dinner one night and split the other two the next.

I went with the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles that uses naturally-raised steak, the Napa Market Salad with Chicken, the Chicken Veracruz Salad and the Bangkok Curry noodle bowl.

They do have  a BUFF version of the Bangkok Curry that comes on a bed of spinach with twice the amount of veggies and tofu (If I wasn’t sharing with Nick, I would have gotten this). The regular version with rice noodles however was still loaded with fresh vegetables.

I loved all of them but think the Veracruz might have been my favorite. The avocado and grilled chicken tasted fresh and the corn had just been shaved.

The Korean Beef Noodles were excellent as well. I usually avoid beef from fast-ish food places but it was finely sliced and surprisingly tender. It was made with Ramen noodles tossed with a sweet and spicy Korean-style Gochujang sauce, steak, napa and red cabbage, Asian sprouts, spinach, topped with cucumber, green onions and cilantro. We reheated it and it’s hard to see the veggies but they are there!

Noodles & Company uses real ingredients. You won’t find artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners or preservatives in any of their dishes. Each one is also made fresh to order every time so you’re allowed to customize your dish if you’re a picky eater (I know a lot of these people).

Each dish is globally inspired so if you’re in the mood for Pad Thai and your kids want Italian, everyone in the family can be happy.

The best part that I discovered was that if you’re having a party, you can order serving sizes for 4-10 people. You don’t have to order to far in advance but this is a great option for families and gatherings.

When you don’t have time to be a Pinterest worthy mom, places like Noodles & Company make dinner and dinner parties less stressful.

You can find a Noodles & Company location near you here and get $4 off your online order of $10 of more with my promo code SARAHFIT.
