Do you like seeing what people eat on a day to day basis? Yeah, I know it’s weird but I do too.
I occasionally do videos featuring what I eat but since I shoot with a videographer on most days, I usually stand behind my kitchen island and tell you what I typically eat rather than show it as I go along. Well, not today. I shot a vlog style video for Vlogmas and shared each meal and snack.
First, I didn’t shower on this particular day so I look extra glamorous. We did shoot a couple of workout videos so I at least have on makeup.
Second, I didn’t eat a vegetable until after 7pm. I also didn’t have any fruit, unless you count an avocado as a fruit, which technically it is. And wine. Wine is made from grapes so I had two glasses of grape juice.
Third, I don’t count calories and I have no idea how many calories I consumed on this particular day.

Is this what you expected? Every day is different. I just decided that I was going to shoot this video on this particular day and this is how it went.
