What To Eat at a Convenience Store

Ok, so how many times have you found yourself in a convenience store searching for something to eat that is not horrible for you and will fill you up? This has happened to me on many occasions. A stop that roomie thinks should take 2 minutes, turns into 10 because I’m scanning every nutrition label and waging my options. Yes, I’m that girl but I like to make educated choices about what I put in my body. So you don’t have to spend 10 minutes analyzing, I’ve done the dirty work for you. Here are my top bets for healthy snacks to eat at a convenience store.

What is your convenience store go to? If I missed it above, share yours below in the comments.

Announcement: Tonight, I am hosting a twitter chat TONIGHT @ 9pm EST with Fitfluential and my book, Get Skinny Again to chat about the best exercises and diet choices for weight loss including plateaus, and strength training myths.
