Coffee and Pancakes

Coffee and Vega pancakes for breakfast today after my 45-minute 7 am BTone Fitness Tone class. I grabbed the coffee on my walk home and put in my own almond milk and NuNaturals Stevia at home.

Tone and Barre Blast at BTone in Boston

Today I took the new lunch time class Tone and Barre Blast at BTone Fitness in Boston. Including my 1 mile run to the studio, I burned 560 calories! Stay tuned for my review on the blog next week!
