As you may or may not know, I am a certified FASTer Way coach and the workouts I do each week are part of our programming (yes, I do the same workouts as my clients!). What sets us apart is that our workouts are designed a year in advance and built upon each other to build lean muscle. We then change our programming ever so slightly to maintain our muscles and continue to see progress! This is why they are more effective than choosing random workouts at the gym/studio, on YouTube or via Peloton.
