I used to work for a company that was toxic to my well being and personal success. They made me feel like everyone was going to “steal” my audience. Instead of helping others, they wanted to contain the potential success of who might be our future “rival”. This was a terrible lesson that I unfortunately [...]

Last week was a whirlwind. It went by in the blink of an eye. The Fitness Magazine Blogger Meet and Tweet happened so quick and then I was headed back to Boston for the Reebok Blogger event that I wasn’t able to fully share some of the helpful insight and tips that I picked up. [...]

Reportedly, over 40% of brides want to lose weight before their big day, averaging 20 pounds. While some may take the right steps towards a healthy weight, others [...]

Here it is: So it has been almost a full week that I’ve been writing down what I’ve been eating. At first, I was just writing everything down with a pen and paper. A reader on Facebook suggested I [...]

I am not a Vogue reader but apparently New York socialites write guest posts and this month’s is just another PR gaffe in the world of beauty magazine thinspiration. A mother shares her ridiculous approach to helping [...]
