Hope everyone stayed warm for the lovely March snowstorm we had this week. You’re probably not thinking about wearing a bathing suit right now, but I have a beach vacation coming up and have been thinking a lot about working my core. I’ve been loving spin class and doing strength on my own.
This ab workout is a great complement to a cardio bunnies regimen or anyone was wants an added dose of abdominal. Follow along with me for a challenge!
If you love these workout videos, let me know in the comments. I’m excited to shoot more this Spring once the weather is nice out, maybe with Tommy, too.
Hi Sarah,
Normally I love your blog posts but this one really rubbed me the wrong way. As a fitness professional you of all people should know that ab exercises do not give you a flat stomach, and I think it’s a bit disingenuous of you to promote your video with a click-bait title. I get that you have a product to sell. but surely you can do it in a more honest way?
Hi Ellen, I’m sorry to hear that I disappointed you! I have so many “ab workouts” I was just trying to mix up the titles and use SEO to my advantage since I don’t have any with flat and stomach in the title. There is a reason for that and you are right. I’m sorry again! It really is a good workout.
All good, I understand how hard it can be trying to make the most of SEO. Love your latest post by the way 🙂
Sarah, I love (love!) this workout. I had my first baby in January and it’s been a perfect, quick workout to get back in the swing of things. Thanks for sharing!
