Today I am trying cross fit for the first time with my coworker at Revolution Fitness, Casey. Â Neither of us has done it before really. Â I did a little bit at my gym, but I’m excited to visit a real Cross Fit gym. Â Don’t worry, we are bringing the camera!Â
