Cross Fit For Realz

Today I am trying cross fit for the first time with my coworker at Revolution Fitness, Casey.  Neither of us has done it before really.  I did a little bit at my gym, but I’m excited to visit a real Cross Fit gym.  Don’t worry, we are bringing the camera!
