3 Moves, Total Body Summer Time Workout

I love this workout!  It’s super challenging so if you want (or need) a good sweaty strength training routine. It only involved 3 moves but each one has a few elements to it making the workout a total body tone up.  The giveaway is over but maybe Rich from Dick’s Cottons will donate another pair, so leave a comment if you tried this to make sure you entered if he decided to be ever so generous.

Try doing this routine 3 times a week on nonconsecutive days!  Do each move 10-15 times.  Rest for 45 seconds in between moves.  Repeat all 3 moves 3 times.  You will need one dumbbell 7.5-10 lbs.
