I am traveling a ton the next three weeks. To be specific, I have 13 flights scheduled over the next 17 days. My blogs posts may be brief but my videos are going to be uploaded as regularly scheduled.

For the days that I don’t have a scheduled video, I’m planning to upload vlogs showing you what I’m up to. Here is my first vlog from Monday featuring some snacks I bought to bring on my first flight to LA.
Excited for my adventures this month but also a little nervous and praying my flights are all on time and without turbulence!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! I am a personal trainer and a barre instructor and you are so RIGHT! Any type of resistance training will add shape to your body, speed up your metabolism, and benefit your overall health. But do NOT go into any class/studio or choose a personal trainer thinking you can look exactly like them. We are all created differently and that’s what makes us all amazing. 🙂
