It’s a Tuesday and you know what that means, NEW VIDEO. If you are in school or college, this video shares some of my favorite snack ideas for after school to power through practice or studying.
This is the final video that my videographer and I shot at La Verde’s, a large convenience store owned by Boston University under the City Convenience brand on the MIT campus. We chose to shoot this video at the store because when I was in High School, I rarely brought after school snacks with me and didn’t have time to go home before practice so if I was starving, my snacks came from the convenience store. Options are limited usually when it comes to on the go snacking if you do not plan ahead so this video, helps you solve the “What To Eat” dilemma after school.
I actually cannot remember what I used to eat after school for the life of me. I didn’t graduate that long ago, but I guess I just didn’t think about food the same way I do now. I also used to eat 1/2 a grapefruit one day and a big peanut butter and jelly English muffin the next for breakfast and was completely satisfied with either one. They had no difference in my mind or belly. I do remember fruit snacks… What is (or was) your go to snack after class or school?
Check out the other fun videos from this series we shot:
I love this video. I’m not in college anymore but I’ve been struggling with finding healthy snacks for work. Also, I agree on the flips. Those things are AMAZING!

omgggg fruit snacks!!! Those used to be everyone’s favorite afternoon school snack. Loved those…now makes me want to go buy some 😉
ALDI gave us some awesome organic fruit snacks for our flights home last week and I am totally buying them when I go there again.
Great video -- ideally, we would all have fresh fruits and veggies to snack on when we get hungry, but that’s just not how life goes sometimes. I’ll have to check out those roasted edamame, they sound great!
That is the nicest convenience store I have seen! I love this… it’s always so hard to find something healthy 🙂
