FAQ: Many YouTubers are asking what if you weigh less than 120, how many calories should you eat to lose weight.  I suggest sticking with at least 1200 calories.  It is a healthy amount.  If you weigh less and want to lose weight, I suggest having your body composition taken to find out how much fat you actually have that you can lose and still remain healthy.
