New Crunch-less Ab Workout Video!

I am back from a week in NYC shooting a fitness video which will also be an infomercial! I can’t discuss too much but it will hopefully be available in early December for all of you to see. It’s an amazing program and I am so grateful to be a part of it. I am officially dead and my butt is so sore.  I followed my 7 day diet plan to get into the best shape I possibly could.

First order of business, using I selected a winner from the Champion giveaway I featured on Monday and the winner was comment #101 from Cheryl!  Congrats Cheryl, who won the black pants and blue top!

While in NYC, I filmed a new ab workout for people who HATE crunches! It’s called The Amazing Standing Cruch-less Abs Workout and of course I filmed it in my fabulous purple Champion sports bra.

Don’t lose any more weight! I don’t mean to impose… You’re a beautiful girl and you shouldn’t get too thin. :)

haha don’t worry, I already gained back like 5 – it’s a lot of water weight that I lose for shoots like this. I helps you look leaner but it’s not actual fat loss.

Sarah, you posted this at the perfect time. I broke my foot in July and found out that I need to have surgery to put pins in sometime soon, so my work out options are pretty limited. Do you know of any cardio that I can do that doesn’t require me to be on my feet? (I know it sounds ridiculous and I feel like an idiot for even asking, but I’m going insane. I went from running 3 miles a day to barely being able to walk.)

What about biking? Some gyms have recumbent bikes, so you don’t put wait on your foot.

Hi! Your videos and blog are amazing, and I just love everything you do! I think you have a great body! I like being healthy, eating right and working out etc. I have reacently lost a little weight, and i’m pretty skinny. I want to be lean, but i still want to hade a womanly figure, like you!. With the wightloss, I lost a bra size! You are so beautiful! How do you stay slim, but still have such awesome looking boobs?! ;) I would really appreciate if you answered! :) xoxo

Fantastic workout! Its rare that I find an ab workout that actually makes my obliques sore the next day. I will definitely be doing this often! You look fabulous, by the way! Diggin’ those abs girl :)

I am going to try this today at the gym! However I am curious, to modify this workout would you perform it longer so instead of 30 seconds go for 60 or would you add some kind of resistance like a band or weights?
