Today is National Go Red For Women which is to promote women’s heart disease awareness.  It is the number one killer for women (yes, more women die from heart disease than breast cancer).  Watch the video above to find out how to prevent yourself from heart disease. 

All the ladies on TV are wearing Red and so am I to do our part.  However, if you really want to help raise awareness and reduce your own risk of heart disease, invite a friend to go for a jog, a long walk, take an exercise class or make healthier decisions tonight.  Have red wine instead of a margarita.
