Avoid aspartame.  Period.  This study is annoying because people are not mentioning the chemicals in the can.  Let’s move on now.  

If you are reading my blog anyway, you already knew diet soda was bad news but as Dr Sniederman said on the Today Show this morning, it can be consumed in a healthful diet but should be taken as a treat.  I agree, and do have one on occasion but it’s just that, a treat I have on occasion.
