I’ve seen my share of “fast” breakfast idea lists that are anything but… Making pancakes is NOT quick. If I have to stand over my stove it’s not happening. I like my sleep and will take any extra 5 minutes I can get.
Today, I’m sharing 5 actual quick and healthy breakfast ideas.
One of these ideas is what I used to have for breakfast almost every day in High School. Guess it kept me energetic and athletic back then, and still does now!

This is a great list! Thank you for some more ideas. I tend to do egg and toast or oatmeal with apples. Just a side note, I was really excited to see someone else who shops at Aldi. I have been impressed with the expansion of their organic line!

I’m with you -- some suggestions that say “quick” but are still 30 minutes to make… ummm… no.
Great tips. An English Muffin with peanut butter is my favorite comfort breakfast. It is so good!
AH! I need to try the chicken sausage. Seems so easy and quick! I love the overnight oats, too -- but the english muffin is a guilty pleasure. I eat it a little too much 😉
