I hate honeydew, but I love cantaloupe somehow? Regardless, your melon ball “WTF” is the best thing I saw all day! Hahaha

Ok don’t kill me, but fresh mango just completely grosses me out! I don’t mind it in something blended, but I just can’t get over the texture of fresh mango! i’m not crazy about chia seeds either. i really tried! i made chia pudding and i just couldn’t get through it. i need to overhaul my healthy food repetoire, but those two definitely don’t make it into regular rotation now.

Blasphemy! haha -- I’m just kidding. Mango is my all time favorite food but I guess I should have known at least one person would hate it. Chia pudding is only acceptable when I get it from Cocobeet in Boston.

tempeh… I like it pan fried in buffalo sauce. Dice in thin pieces, “marinate” in Frank’s hot sauce (buffalo), spray pan with oil spray, put a splash of olive oil in with the tempeh bits and cook medium heat. Sometimes I add salt.
^^Only way I will eat tempeh
My husband even likes it/eagerly buys tempeh and makes it.

Yeah, I hate mango too. It tastes pine-y to me, and I just hate it. I do love grapefruit, cantelope and licorice though, so I know my favorites will have some haters too! I also really don’t like spinach -- blended into a smoothie is fine, but I hate the way it makes my teeth feel when eaten raw, and the flavor of it cooked. Blech!

OMG TEMPEH IS THE WORST. I know the all caps is dramatic haha, but I really can’t wrap my head around how people eat it! I’m with you though- I would give it another try if someone shared some tips/tricks with tempeh. …..maybe haha

I can’t imagine cooking tempeh, but I like it when I go out. i prefer it over tofu or soy. I don’t like the mandarin oranges in fruit cups.
