GREAT WORKOUT! So used to going heavy with legs- but hey body weight kicks some butt too!
omg -- 8:10!? Did you do all the moves correctly? The fastest on YouTube out of 50 people so far is 12:30! Average is about 13-15 minutes. If you did, amazing job! To be entered to win the contest, leave you time on YOuTUbe and include you twitter handle!

Hi Sarah! I definitely want to try this today. I want to add cardio (a short jogging interval routine on the treadmill) so my questions is, would it be best to do the cardio first and then the booty blaster or the other way around? I appreciate your help! Thanks!
