Last Friday, I was invited down to the Reebok headquarters in Canton with 15 other Fitfluential ambassadors. We were prepared to do an hour of CrossFit and Cardio Dance. I knew I was excited to try Cross Fit but I was shocked at how fun Cardio Dance really was. I was able to bring my videographer Rachel with me for the day and recorded some great footage.
