While I may not be the most fashionably dressed lady in town, I do have a pretty good fitness wardrobe and it just got better. I was asked by Champion USA to test out some of their latest products as part of their Champion ‘Shape Your Life’ Blogger Ambassador Program. I was so excited about this opportunity because I have been wearing Champion since I started playing sports in middle school. In fact, I still wear some of my old sports bra’s from high school, all of which are made by Champion. That’s over 10 years olfand still in good shape!
They sent over a questionnaire in which I had to talk about my favorite workouts, what I like to do on Saturday, my style, etc. Then, they sent me 3 outfits all personally picked out for me by the Champion stylist, attached with cute explanation for each one.
The T-Shirt sent was a size M and fit perfectly! It had a relaxed feminine fit that game me plenty of breathing room for my vacation loving abs. It was slightly tapered at the bottom so it didn’t look like a moo-moo. Yes, I am currently too tan (as seen in the photo below). I was in Nantucket all last week, what do you expect? 🙂
The skirt is my favorite tennis/workout skirt I have tried on to date. The one I am wearing is called the Double Dry Training Workout Skort. The waist band was wide and smooth, not tight. It did not give me “love handles.” Again a size M, the inner booty shorts hugged my thighs comfortably. There are two pockets in the skirt as well. One up top for a credit card, iPod or snack like a Laughing Cow Mini Babybel and one underneath for a tennis ball! It was soft and stretchy, not restricting at all.
As a life long fan of Champion sports bras, I was excited to test out a new style. This one is called the Couble Dry Shiny Seamless Sports Bra. I wore a size M and it fit snug but not too tight, just how I like it. It came tag free, and was super comfy. I especially loved the color, although most people will not see it very frequently. I rarely workout in just my sports bra. I feel uncomfortable with the attention of working it shirt free.
This morning I ran to the gym to test out my new gear. The bra kept the twins from bouncing and helped wick away the sweat. No chaffing or anything and very comfortable to wear using all the machines and weights.
