Get Skinny Again featured on The Today Show

Ever since I was a little girl, I woke up watching The Today Show. I idolized Katie Couric. I even dressed up at Katie in 4th grade for a women’s history project. It has always been my goal to be on the show as a reporter but as my career has taken shape, that goal has morphed into being a guest on air. Today, I almost reached that goal when my book, Get Skinny Again, was featured! Here is the blog version of the segment.

Today show diet and nutrition editor, Madelyn Fernstrom said my book was a great read if the weight has crept on and now you have 20-30 lbs to lose. If you already have your copy, share the video above with your friends!

I’m kind of on cloud nine right now. I’m hosting a Twitter Chat with CheapCaribbean.com tomorrow and we will be giving away 6 copies as well as 6 FitBits randomly to people participating!

Staying-Fit-While-on-the-Go

More details on the Twitter chat can be found here on CheapCaribbean.com’s blog post. We will be discussing travel and staying fit, two things I love to do and talk about!
