Gold Medal Worthy Abs

Watching the Olympics gets me so fired up! They make me wanna run faster, swim more and work on my abs. In 7th grade after watching the magnificent 7, I enrolled in gymnastics. I was just a tad too old to start any Olympic journey lol… but I did get a 6 pack!

Today’s new video features a 5 minute follow along ab routine that is challenging but you can do it anywhere, no equipment required. Try doing it two times through for a challenge.

This video is safe for postpartum moms and beginners but you may need to take a few breaks. Don’t worry about it, just take it easy.
