How to tell if you have a Diastasis Recti and exercises to repair it

Sometimes even the most cautious mothers can get a diastasis recti. Some people believe it’s out of our control. If you are still trying to get rid of your baby bump and it’s been awhile and you don’t have any “weight” to lose, you may have one.

Here is how to check to see if you do and some exercises that will strength and help repair your core.

I do recommend seeing a therapist to fulling heal your core if you do have one!

      I have been looking for one myself however are you a member of garden moms? They have a bunch of recommendations on the message boards but I do not have personal experience with one specifically.
