If you are new here and are curious what the FASTer Way is all about, read on.

The FASTer Way to Fat Loss is a 6 week prep to our fat loss program. What sets us apart is that we take an intermittent fasting approach. We also pair our workouts with our diet for maximum results using carb cycling, hiit training and strength workouts. We do not believe in under eating or over exercising so our workouts are 30 minutes (5 days a week if you can!) and you’ll likely be eating more than you thought you could while trying to lose fat.

I’ll be your coach and what that means is that I’m going to teach you how to implement intermittent fasting, how to cycle your carbs to tap into the benefits of a low carb diet without going low carb all the time which can be pretty stressful on your body, hormones and optimal function. I’m here for accountability, to share my expertise as a personal trainer for modifications and other workout adjustments as well as help with hitting your macros.

Many of my clients are over exercisers who have been under eating! They see results exercising less and eating more because this program works and really is a lifestyle change you can maintain long term!

Ok, so what else?

You’re also going to have daily accountability. We will track macros for 4 weeks and I’ll be there to help you hit them and make adjustments where needed.

FASTer Way Before and After

You’ll get access to weekly meal plans including regular and vegan options. You also have access to our FWTFL studio with new workouts every week. I’m obsessed with our workouts and do them 4 times a week. The one day I don’t, I usually do a sprint workout on the treadmill or use the Peloton to do a HIIT workout but you can also try the app workouts featuring boxing and kettlebells! There are tons of options. We think our workouts are best, but you can do your favorite studio classes too. I’ll just work with you to make a schedule that fits our nutrition cycle.

Ok so a few answers to frequent questions people usually have:

  1. You can do this while nursing! I recommend waiting 4-6 months postpartum.
  2. The workouts are amazing but if you want to do your workouts at your favorite studio, you can do that as well.
  3. Is this vegan friendly? YES! In fact, the entire FWTFL community is doing a Vegan challenge in February.
  4. Wake up at 5 am to workout? You pick your fasting window! This program is designed to work long term. Let’s find a window that sets you up for success.
